3. Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services while adhering to quality standards. 4. Strategic Planning: Develop procurement strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. This includes identifying cost-saving opportunities, optimizing procurement processes, and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

8. Continuous Improvement: Continually evaluate and improve procurement processes, systems, and practices to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and drive operational excellence. This may involve implementing new technologies, streamlining workflows, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the procurement team.
9. Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports, analyze procurement data, and provide insights to senior management on key performance indicators, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
