Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Establish and Maintain Sustainable Procurement Policy
- Develop and regularly update a procurement policy that includes qualitative objectives (e.g. ethical sourcing, supplier diversity) and quantitative targets (e.g. % of suppliers audited).
- Ensure the policy aligns with international ESG standards and internal sustainability goals.
- Get the policy approved and monitor policy implementation.
2. Conduct Sustainability and Risk Assessment of Suppliers
- Perform risk assessments to identify potential adverse environmental and social impacts within the supply chain.
- Evaluate suppliers’ ESG performance through questionnaires, on-site audits, and assessments.
- Integrate the ESG clauses into the contract and push the signing of Supplier Code of Conduct
3. Capacity Buildings on Suppliers’ ESG management
- Design and implement training programs, workshops, and toolkits to enhance suppliers’ understanding of ESG risks and best practices.
- Support suppliers in developing corrective action plans / grievance mechanism and improving their sustainability performance.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing and collaboration among suppliers to promote continuous improvement.
4. Oversee ESG-related training for Internal Stakeholders
- Coordinate and deliver training sessions on sustainable sourcing, human rights, ABC and environmental compliance.
- Ensure all relevant staff are equipped to integrate ESG considerations into business decisions.
- Track report on training coverage and disclosure data
5. Support with other ESG work, such as report, rating, awards and miscellaneous work

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Solid understanding of ESG, with 3–5 years of relevant professional experience; prior consultancy experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and a high level of sensitivity to data accuracy and integrity.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to execute tasks meticulously while maintaining strategic alignment.
- Excellent coordination and communication abilities, with a proactive approach to driving progress and holding stakeholders accountable.
- Fluency in both English and Chinese, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
