Job Purpose:

The Recruitment Officer is responsible for hands‑on recruitment supporting site operations and manufacturing functions, including production, engineering, maintenance, quality, EHS, and technical support roles.
This role works closely with plant leadership and operations teams to ensure timely, high‑quality hiring that supports plant development, ramp‑up, and ongoing operations.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Execute end‑to‑end recruitment cycle for site‑based roles including engineering, production, maintenance, HSE and other technical support roles.
  • Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, interview schedules, offers, and onboarding coordination.
  • Conduct hands‑on sourcing through job boards, referrals, agency partners, and direct search.
  • Screen candidates with a strong focus on technical competence, site experience, and safety awareness.
  • Work closely with plant managers, production leaders, and engineers to clarify hiring needs and timelines.
  • Support hiring managers in refining job scopes, interview criteria, and assessment standards.
  • Coordinate interviews, site visits, and assessments efficiently across site and HR stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with internal policies, approval processes, and site requirements

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of recruitment operation experience from manufacturing industry
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint, with the ability to create professional, management‑ready presentations.
  • Ability to quickly learn about new markets and conduct thorough interview process with high-quality assessments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in both written and verbal English and Mandarin are required.
  • Business travel to Hong Kong as needed
  • Candidates with less experienced will be considered as Recruitment Officer
