We are looking for an entrepreneurial and analytical professional to join the Feedstock Development team. In this role, you will play a critical part in developing a robust regional feedstock portfolio by supporting various feedstock diversification and expansion projects. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a fast-evolving industry at the intersection of sustainability, energy transition, and global trade.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cross-Functional Coordination:
    • Drive end-to-end feedstock development initiatives through close coordination with Manufacturing, Technology, Sales, Feedstock Origination, Sustainability teams.
    • Monitor progress of feedstock development initiatives and proactively resolve bottlenecks.
  • New feedstock development:
    • Support evaluation of emerging feedstock types through market and policy research, as well as sustainability screening.
    • Support technical feasibility assessments, including tracking quality specifications against processing envelopes.
  • New market expansion:
    • Evaluate new markets for feedstock sourcing potential, regulatory environment, competitive landscape.
    • Support validation activities through physical canvassing visits and drive onboarding of new suppliers across different countries and cultures.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Min. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 2-5 years’ experience preferably in commercial (sales, trading, sourcing development) or commercial-adjacent roles (including manufacturing-business coordination) in renewables, petrochemicals, or oleochemical industries.
  • Exhibit ability to analyze diverse feedstock qualities and navigate associated technical and value chain complexities.
  • Possess excellent communication skills to present findings clearly and concisely.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
