Job Purpose:

The Feedstock Planning & Strategy Manager will oversee the end-to-end coordination of feedstock planning and procurement execution, ensuring alignment with sales and production needs, and cost-efficiency targets. This role focuses on cross-functional coordination, operational execution, , and real-time problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

1. Feedstock Procurement & Supply Coordination

  • Plan feedstock procurement in line with feedstock strategy and business needs
  • Track supplier negotiations, volume commitments, and cost effectiveness; co-work with feedstock procurement team to address issues
  • Identify supply risks and escalate issues to leadership with mitigation plans.

2. Project Management & Execution

  • Create detailed project plans, set clear milestones, and manage resources effectively to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Implement robust tracking mechanisms to monitor progress against key deliverables.
  • Provide weekly/monthly progress updates to senior management, highlighting bottlenecks and proposed solutions.

3. Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary liaison between procurement, factory operations, sales and strategy teams.
  • Challenge assumptions and timelines when needed.
  • Support ad-hoc strategic reviews through data analysis and presentation preparation.

  • Project Management: Ability to create and execute detailed plans while managing resources effectively.
  • Assertive & Persistent: Must push teams for progress and hold stakeholders accountable.
  • Quick Learner: Rapidly grasp technical and regulatory knowledge, and understand supply chain dynamics.
  • Detail-Oriented: Focus on granular execution while maintaining strategic alignment.
  • 8–10 years in supply chain coordination, procurement, operations or project management(energy/chemicals preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex timelines and deliverables.
  • Experience working with technical teams is a plus.
  • Highly responsible and eager to learn.
  • Prior experience of management consulting or energy / renewable fuel sector is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
