Job Purpose:

The Recruitment Officer is responsible for providing recruitment operations support, with a particular focus on data accuracy, recruitment analytics, reporting, and presentation preparation. This role places a strong emphasis on operational execution on recruitment activities, ad-hoc reports, and managing multiple deadlines. The incumbent will also oversee the coordination and compilation of recruitment data analytics and reporting across different regions.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

1. End-to-end Recruitment Cycle

  • Support daily recruitment operations, including job requisition tracking, conducting interviews, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Monitor recruitment pipelines and hiring progress across functions, ensuring data consistency and timely follow‑ups with recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Assist in process improvement initiatives related to recruitment operations and ATS usage.

2. Recruitment Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Compile, analyze, and validate recruitment data such as time‑to‑hire, source effectiveness, pipeline conversion, hiring volume, and vacancy status.
  • Prepare regular recruitment reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) for HR and management review.
  • Support ad‑hoc data requests related to headcount planning, recruitment performance, and ESG or management reporting requirements.
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations for recruitment updates, management meetings, and internal reviews.
  • Translate recruitment data and insights into clear, structured, and visually effective slides.
  • Support preparation of materials for leadership reviews, recruitment strategy discussions, and system or process proposals (e.g. ATS review or optimization decks).
  • Assist in special recruitment projects and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of recruitment operation and data analysis experience, preferably from in-house environment with relevant industry exposure
  • Solid experience in report generation and data analysis.
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint, with the ability to create professional, management‑ready presentations.
  • Ability to quickly learn about new markets and conduct thorough interview process with high-quality assessments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in both written and verbal English and Mandarin is required.
