Job Purpose:

As an Intern, you’ll collaborate with mentors across departments to gain exposure to real-world projects. This role offers a panoramic view of how diverse functions drive organizational success, valuable insight into the day-to-day operation and gaining on-the-job practical experience during the 4 to 8-week internship period.

Responsibilities:

  • Support department specific.
  • Assist with research, problem-solving, and project coordination tailored to your assigned team.
  • Participate in cross-departmental meetings to understand strategic alignment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or higher.
  • Adaptable mindset with curiosity to explore multiple business functions.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, careful, and detail-oriented with strong interpersonal communication, and time-management skills.
  • Able to exercise good judgment and eager to ask questions, admit mistakes, and learn new things.
  • Good command in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
  • No prior experience needed, but a passion for learning!
